• 1 scoop unflavored or mint-flavored protein powder
  • 2 oz white rum
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • Club soda
  • Crushed ice

Muddle the mint leaves and agave syrup in a glass. Add the lime juice, protein powder, and rum. Fill the glass with crushed ice and top with club soda. Stir gently and garnish with a mint sprig.
